It is with a heavy heart that we announce the dissolution of theNorth America Boerboel Breeders Association, Inc (also known as NABBA), however; we are grateful for the many years of service the association has brought to the breed.
The amount of time and dedication that it took to collect registry data by loyal and dedicated club members over the past thirteen years did not go unnoticed. To return this gratitude, membership dues for those who did not request service in 2024 will be refunded in full. For all others, we are encouraging and excited to welcome you into a new organization: North American Boerboel Breeders Registry (NABBR).
NABBR has been entrusted with years of NABBA records and will be organized with top of the line programs including innovative things to come.
NABBR will welcome you with open arms, dedication to our breed and a promise to treat others with kindness & respect.
At this time, NABBA would like to wish the best of luck to everyone in their endeavors with reaching their goals laid out in front of them and their dogs.
NABBR is here to help make the transition from NABBA as easy as possible.

Did you know Ozempic has been around since 2017? It’s a pretty cool medication that not only helps with type 2 diabetes but also assists with weight loss and better glucose control. Talk about a multitasker! So, how can you get the best results from Ozempic? Let’s dive into a simple guide to understand its perks, proper use, and all you need to know to get started.
Why Should You Consider Ozempic?
Ozempic is part of a class called GLP-1 receptor agonists. Sounds fancy, right? Basically, it helps lower your blood sugar levels in folks with type 2 diabetes, especially if diet and exercise alone aren’t cutting it. If you’re tracking your A1C, Ozempic can help bring those numbers down — and that’s great news for your overall health.
But here’s the kicker: Ozempic also supports weight loss! Many people find they shed pounds gradually and steadily while on it. How? It tricks your brain by mimicking a hormone that controls appetite, making it easier to eat less without feeling deprived. So, weight management suddenly feels a bit more doable.
How Do You Use Ozempic Like a Pro?
Getting the most out of Ozempic means following the instructions carefully. It’s usually a once-a-week injection under the skin. Your doctor will start you off on a low dose to help your body adjust and avoid side effects. Some common doses include Ozempic 0.5mg, but always stick with what your healthcare provider recommends.
Wondering what to do if you miss a dose? You can take it up to five days late—no worries. But if you’re beyond that, just skip it and get back on your regular schedule. Consistency is key for this to work its magic.
Should You Be Worried About Side Effects?
Like any medicine, Ozempic has some possible side effects. Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea might show up at first, but these usually fade as your body gets used to the drug. Still, always keep in touch with your doctor if these symptoms linger or get worse.
Serious side effects are rare but important to know about. For example, watch out for signs of a thyroid tumor—like a lump in your throat, trouble swallowing, or breathing problems. If any of these sound familiar, call your doctor ASAP. It’s all about weighing the benefits against the risks and working with your healthcare provider to find the right plan for you.
Where’s the Best Place to Buy Ozempic?
You’ll need a prescription to get Ozempic. So, if you’re interested, have a chat with your healthcare provider first. Don’t try to buy it without one — that can get risky. Pharmacies and online stores do require prescriptions, ensuring you get the right dose safely. Check out options for Ozempic if you want to explore.
Prices vary depending on dosage and location. Curious about how much it might cost? You can see some pricing details online, which can help you find the most budget-friendly brand or retailer.

Missed a dose—what now?
Forgot your injection? No problem. If it’s been less than five days, take it ASAP. If it’s been longer, skip it and stay on track with your schedule.
Can I take Ozempic just for weight loss without diabetes?
While weight loss is a bonus, Ozempic is mainly for managing blood sugar in diabetes. Using it solely for weight loss without a prescription isn’t recommended. Best talk to your doctor to see what suits your needs.
